Andres, aka “Sparks”, is the proud owner and operator of Arcs ‘N Sparks Fabrication with over 13 years of experience in the field, of which 10 were in a professional capacity.
Growing up in a trio of European countries he was introduced to, and learned from, people from all walks of life – and more than a few different trades.
Fascinated by the world of turning wrenches and making sparks, it wasn’t long before hands got dirty, shirts became riddled with holes and the unique satisfaction that comes from working with one’s hands became not just a passion but a way of life.
Boasting an eclectic set of skills which include general metal fabrication/repair, specialised work (e.g. cast iron, cast aluminium, brazing), CAD design/CNC plasma cutting, painting etc.
Proficient in GMAW (commonly known as MIG), GTAW (TIG), and MMAW (‘stick’) welding processes with a great sense of pride in his work, he is TAFE accredited and can provide ticketed welds/services as required.
Our equipment
Equipment on-site includes CNC plasma cutter, MIG/MAG welders, TIG/Stick welders, magnetic drills (up to 30mm), milling equipment, lathes, folding, portable generators, portable plasma cutting/gouging equipment, cordless hand/power tools, rollers, sheet metal folding and rolling etc.
