Beginners | DIY Welding Classes

Run on-demand for 2 to 4 participants – contact us to express your interest.

$420 per person for a 6-hour course.

Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 2 people per instructor to ensure the best quality learning experience. Materials included.

Feel free to bring your own welder and small project(s) to work on during the class if preferred.

Class lessons include:

  • GMAW (MIG\MAG) both gas and gasless OR
  • MMAW (‘stick’) OR TIG welding
  • Basic theory, principles of weld distortion
  • Machine setup
  • Material preparation
  • Troubleshooting machines, etc.

Discounts on classes are available for: Indigenous/First Nations persons, injured workers, disabled persons, single-parent households, veterans, members of trade unions, and unemployed/under-employed persons.
